Private Equity Convex Capital Capital’s investment strategy can be characterised as: Global trading business that are looking to undertake buyouts / developments capital / roll outs / buy and builds; and Global property schemes that have development potential. Convex Capital invests its own funds but also has access to an active network of significant high net worth individuals who will invest alongside us. Our investment team sources deals, conducts due diligence and structures investments and then takes a view on whether to take on active or passive role in the investments' management team. Our approach to investing is entrepreneurial in that as we use a small team with no institutional investors we can take an imaginative view on how deals can be structured and completed.
