Through our property services team we have access to investors looking to acquire assets which are able to deliver an appropriately high yield for their location.

Convex Capital will either be sole investors or co-invest on transactions with the following characteristics:

• Single or multiple assets;
• With or without management;
• Minimum equity requirement in the UK of £10m;
• Minimum equity requirement outside UK of £20m; and
• Must have development potential.
